本文以铝制品行业的一些关键设备为例,运用低劣化数值法,计算出设备的经济寿命,从而确定设备最佳更新期。另外通过设备的使用期无形磨损的经济分析,由设备的维修作业率或单位产品维修保养费的计算,对设备经济寿命作一些适当的补充和修正。主要是设备更新最佳期的提前量。这些方法对其他行业的设备更新最佳期也原则适用。本文在设备管理方法的论证上,采用了一些数学计算。
This article takes some key equipments of the aluminum product industry as an example, uses the low-deterioration numerical method, and calculates the economic life of the equipment, so as to determine the optimal renewing period of the equipment. In addition, through the economic analysis of the invisible wear of the equipment, the equipment maintenance rate or unit product maintenance cost will be used to make some appropriate additions and corrections to the equipment economic life. It is mainly the advance of the optimal period of equipment update. These methods also apply to the best period of device update in other industries. In this paper, some mathematical calculations are used in the demonstration of equipment management methods.
