This article discusses the properties of PS / PCL blend polymer substrates and their effects on the release properties of lauryl alcohol microspheres. It was found that at 5: 5 PS: (PCL?), The cumulative release of active agent was linearly proportional to the substrate PS / PCL ratio; when the ratio was 5: 5, a sudden change was observed. The morphologies of microspheres were compared and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
