目的 探讨苯海索对大鼠局灶性脑缺血细胞内游离钙含量的影响及其机制。方法 采用大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞模型 ,观察苯海索对缺血大鼠的细胞内钙及MDA、SOD含量的影响。结果 苯海索能显著降低细胞内游离钙、MDA的含量 (P <0 .0 1 )并能显著提高SOD的活性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 苯海索 3、1 .5、0 .5mg/kg对大鼠局灶性脑缺血可能具有保护作用 ,其作用机制与降低细胞内钙 ,脑组织MDA含量及提高SOD活性有关
Objective To investigate the effect of trihexyphenidyl on intracellular free calcium in focal cerebral ischemia in rats and its mechanism. Methods The rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was used to observe the effects of trihexyphenidyl on intracellular calcium, MDA and SOD in ischemic rats. Results Phenoxyethanol significantly reduced intracellular free calcium and MDA (P <0.01) and significantly increased the activity of SOD (P <0.01). Conclusions Trihexyphenidyl 3,1 .5,0. 5mg / kg may have a protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia in rats, and its mechanism of action is related to reducing intracellular calcium, MDA content in brain tissue and increasing SOD activity
