激励教学是目前高中体育教学中较为常用的一种教学手段,教师通过有效的激励方式能够将学生的学习兴趣激发出来,让学生能够变被动学习为主动的求知。而体育教学不仅能够为学生的身体素质提供一个良好的保证,同时还能在很大程度上塑造学生的内在品质,这就更加坚定了教师做好体育教学的信心和决心。结合多年从事高中体育教学的经验,对如何在高中体育教学中有效地运用激励的教学艺术来激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的体育能力提出一些看法。
Incentive teaching is one of the most commonly used teaching methods in PE teaching in senior high school. Teachers can stimulate the students’ interest in learning through effective ways of motivation, so that students can change their passive learning to take the initiative to seek knowledge. Physical education can not only provide a good guarantee for students ’physical fitness, but also largely shape the inherent quality of students, which further strengthens teachers’ confidence and determination in physical education. Combined with years of experience in high school physical education, this article gives some opinions on how to effectively use motivational teaching art in high school PE teaching to arouse students’ interest in study and improve their physical abilities.
