宋朝宦寺之熾盛,自然比不上東漢、唐、明諸朝,而短促的秦朝雖也有趙高,卻亦非其他朝代可比。就宋朝各代而論,宦寺之熾盛,主要是在宋徽宗和宋高宗兩代。宋高宗吸取了父親的教訓,不令宦官統兵,又有意壓低其官位,儘管如此,宦官勢力也比其他各代熾盛。關於宋高宗時的宦官,筆者已有專文〔1〕,在此專談宋徽宗時的宦官。無論是蔡京、王黼、朱勔、高俅、蔡攸等官員,還是宦官羣,都是禍國的蟊賊、害民的大憝。宋徽宗時的宦官政治,自然是當時的黑暗貪 Huan Temple Song flaming, nature is not comparable to the Eastern Han, Tang and Ming dynasties, while the short Qin Dynasty also has Zhao, but also comparable to other dynasties.
