目的:建立重庆地区恒牙初期正常汉族儿童硬组织各项头影测量项目的正常值,研究其颅颌面结构特征。方法:55名重庆籍恒牙初期正常汉族儿童头颅X线侧位片扫描,用计算机定点,测出硬组织的各项指标,得出均值与标准差;对SNA、SNB、ANB、FMA、FMIA、IMPA进行相关分析;将测量值与国内外部分地区进行比较。结果:硬组织的各项正常值,重庆地区男女性别比较,部分测量值有显著性差异;与国内外部分地区比较有差异;SNA、SNB、ANB、FMA、FMIA、IMPA测量值受多方面因素的影响。结论:X线头影测量的正常值存在种族、地域及性别差异,各地区应当有相应的硬组织正常值标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the normal values of cephalometric items of hard tissue of normal Han children in the initial stage of permanent dentition in Chongqing and to study its craniofacial structure features. Methods: A total of 55 Han nationality children from Chongqing were enrolled in this study. They were screened by computed tomography (X-ray) and computerized to determine the mean and standard deviation of the hard tissue. Results of SNA, SNB, ANB, FMA, FMIA, IMPA for correlation analysis; the measured value compared with some parts of the country. Results: The normal values of hard tissue, male and female gender in Chongqing, some of the measured values were significantly different; compared with some parts of the world; SNA, SNB, ANB, FMA, FMIA, IMPA measurements were affected by many factors Impact. Conclusion: There are racial, regional and gender differences in the normal values of Cephalometrics, and each region should have corresponding standard of hard tissue normal value.
