对32例伴有张力型腹水的肝硬化患者,在腹水消失前后,用B超进行了门脾静脉内径及脾脏厚度的测定。结果表明:门静脉内径及脾脏厚度无明显变化(P>0.05),而脾静脉内径却在腹水消失后有增宽的趋势(P<0.05)。本文对形成上述现象的原因进行了探讨。
Thirty-two patients with cirrhosis with tension-type ascites were examined for portal vein splenic diameter and spleen thickness with B-mode ultrasonography before and after the disappearance of ascites. The results showed that there was no significant change in the diameter of portal vein and the thickness of spleen (P> 0.05), while the diameter of splenic vein widened after ascites disappeared (P <0.05). This article discusses the reasons for the above phenomenon.
