胡蔓藤,又称钩吻,断肠草,是我国南方广东、广西、福建等省常见有毒植物之一,多生于山区和丘陵地带,因而使用胡蔓藤投毒或自杀,误服该植物中毒的事件在这些地区时有发生。胡蔓藤植物成分复杂,特别是腐败尸体检材中胡蔓藤生物碱的检验仅靠薄层层析和化学方法分析很不可靠。近年来,逐渐采用了高效液相色谱,紫外光谱等仪器分析方法。本文采用毛细管柱气相色谱对胡蔓藤生物碱中毒案件检材进行检验,取得良好效果。
