通过实验,以阳离子交换树脂作交换剂,对含三价铬废水进行交换反应。通过动态实验,分析过程中废水的不同pH值和废水的不同流量对处理效果的影响,结果表明,当废水pH值为4,废水流量为6BV/h,净化效果最好。在此条件下,通过全流程稳定性交换实验,表明树脂的累积交换体积为床体积的25~30倍。树脂达到饱和后,用不同浓度的盐酸作再生剂,对树脂进行再生。再生剂浓度为2mol/L的盐酸为最佳再生剂。
Through experiments, using cation exchange resin as the exchange agent, wastewater containing trivalent chromium exchange reaction. Through dynamic experiments, the effects of different pH value of waste water and different flow of waste water on the treatment effect were analyzed. The results showed that when the wastewater pH value is 4 and wastewater flow rate is 6BV / h, the purification effect is the best. Under these conditions, through the whole process of stability exchange experiments show that the cumulative exchange volume of resin is 25 to 30 times the bed volume. After the resin is saturated, the resin is regenerated by using different concentrations of hydrochloric acid as a regenerant. Hydrochloric acid with regenerant concentration of 2mol / L is the best regenerant.
