本文针对普通潜油电泵机组对含有聚合物井液的非牛顿液体,在相同转速下轴流速降低、叶导轮抽吸量降低,造成排量效率下降、滑脱系数增大的现象。提出在聚驱采出井应用宽流道机组代替普通电泵机组,并对相关机组的影响因素进行了改进,现场应用表明,宽流道潜油电泵机组聚合物阶段采出液的抽吸要求。
In this paper, the non-Newtonian liquid containing polymer well fluid in common submersible pump units is reduced, the axial flow rate decreases and the suction capacity of the impeller decreases, which leads to the decrease of discharge efficiency and the increase of slip coefficient. It is put forward that the application of wide flow channel unit instead of ordinary pump unit in poly flooding production well should be improved and the influencing factors of relevant generating units should be improved. The field application shows that the suction requirements of production fluid in polymer stage of wide flow passage submersible pump unit .
