建构主义认为,知识不是通过教师传授得到,而是学习者在一定的情境即社会文化背景下,借助其他人(包括教师和学习伙伴)的帮助,利用必要的学习资料,通过意义建构的方式获得。本文旨在分析建构主义理论在大学英语课堂中的应用,以作者本人在教学中的实际经历来说明,如何利用建构主义理论来指导大学英语教学,以改进大学英语课堂的教学效果。
Constructivism believes that knowledge is not taught through teachers. Instead, learners, with the help of other people (including teachers and learning partners), use the necessary learning materials to acquire through meaningful construction in certain contexts, that is, social and cultural backgrounds . The purpose of this article is to analyze the application of constructivism theory in college English classroom. The writer’s own experience in teaching shows how to use constructivism theory to guide college English teaching so as to improve the teaching effect of college English classroom.
