用小鼠造成三种病理模型：萎缩性胃炎（CAG）；CAG—阳虚型；CAG—阴虚型。给养胃舒治疗，以血浆中cAMP、cGMP为指标观察其治疗作用。结果表明，养胃舒能升高cAMP,降低cGMP。此外，能提高大鼠的淋巴细胞转化率、血清IgG水平及红细胞C3b受体花环率。对小鼠有镇痛、抗炎作用和抑制胃肠推进运动。
Three pathological models were created in mice: atrophic gastritis (CAG); CAG- Yang deficiency; CAG- Yin deficiency. The treatment of Weiweishu was performed. The plasma cAMP and cGMP were used as indicators to observe its therapeutic effects. The results showed that Yang Wei Shu can increase cAMP and reduce cGMP. In addition, the lymphocyte transformation rate, serum IgG level, and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate can be increased in rats. It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on mice and inhibits gastrointestinal propulsion.
