《欧洲语言共同参考框架:学习、教学、评估》(以下简称“《欧框》”)在欧洲地区外语教育界的影响可谓“无处不在”。汉语外语教育要在欧洲确保可持续发展,就须解决其标准如何与《欧框》接轨,即汉语标准本土化的问题。2010—2012年进行的“欧洲汉语能力基准项目”就是这一努力的具体体现。尽管项目成果《欧标》仍然有待完成和完善,但其对欧洲汉语外语教育的存在与可持续发展都意义重大。本文旨在对《欧框》和《欧标》产生的背景做简要回顾的基础上,着重介绍《欧标》的研发过程和内容成果,并对其现状与发展及对欧洲汉语外语教育发展之影响提出笔者自己的一些分析和看法。
The impact of the Common European Framework of Reference: Learning, Teaching and Assessment (“EU”) on EFL education in Europe is “ubiquitous.” In order to ensure sustainable development in Europe, foreign language education in China needs to solve the problem of how to standardize its standards with the “European Framework”, that is, localization of Chinese standards. The “European Chinese Proficiency Benchmark Project” conducted in 2010-2012 is a concrete manifestation of this endeavor. Although the project “European Standard” still needs to be completed and perfected, it is of great significance to the existence and sustainable development of EFL Chinese in Europe. This essay aims to briefly review the background of the “European Framework” and the “European Standard”, emphasizing on the R & D process and contents of the “European Standard”, and on the current situation and development of the European Standard and on the development of European Chinese in foreign languages Impact I made some of the author’s own analysis and views.
