百合科植物含有多种甾类糖苷和其他成分,作者曾报道多种百合科植物含有甾类糖苷,并评价了甾类糖苷的细胞毒性作用。最近从百合科二叶舞鹤草(Majanthemum bifolium)中分离出2种已知的甾类糖苷。 将这种植物新鲜地上部分(150g)的甲醇提取物以苯与水分配,水层依次上MCI凝胶CHP-20P层析,以水-50%甲醇-甲醇洗脱。甲醇洗脱部分上硅胶柱层析,得到彭罗皂苷元3-O-α-L鼠李吡喃糖基-(11→4)-[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(Ha)(1,441mg)以及彭罗皂苷元3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-(1→4)-[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-
Liliaceae plants contain a variety of terpenoid glycosides and other components. The authors have reported that many Liliaceae plants contain terpenoid glycosides and evaluated the cytotoxic effects of terpenoid glycosides. Recently, two known terpenoid glycosides were isolated from Maijantheum bifolium. The methanol extract of the fresh aerial part (150 g) of this plant was partitioned with benzene and water. The aqueous layer was sequentially chromatographed on MCI gel CHP-20P and eluted with water-50% methanol-methanol.
