目的研究预见性护理干预对群体性食物中毒患者的临床效果和护理满意度情况。方法将2012年6月至2016年4月我院收治的120例群体性食物中毒患者随机纳入对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+预见性护理)中,每组60例,观察记录所有患者护理后的临床疗效和护理满意度等情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著大于对照组(93.33%vs70.00%),且其护理满意率也显著高于对照组患者(98.33%vs 83.33%),上述组间数据均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对群体性食物中毒进行预见性护理干预,可以显著提升患者的治疗有效率和护理满意度,提高其治疗顺应性,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To study the clinical effects and nursing satisfaction of predictive nursing interventions on group food poisoning patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with food poisoning in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group (conventional nursing) and observation group (conventional nursing + predictive nursing), 60 cases in each group. Observation records All patients after the clinical efficacy of care and nursing satisfaction and so on. Results The treatment efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.33% vs 70.00%), and the nursing satisfaction rate was also significantly higher than that in the control group (98.33% vs 83.33%). There was significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). Conclusions The predictive nursing intervention on group food poisoning can significantly improve the patient’s treatment efficiency and satisfaction with nursing, improve the treatment compliance, and have higher clinical value.
