目的探讨PBL结合情境教学法在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2014级妇产科护理教学160名学生,A班学生为观察组,采用PBL结合情境教学法,B班学生为对照组,采用常规教学法,对比分析两组学生的知识测评结果和教学满意度。结果两组学生在经过不同教学方法后,观察组理论知识评分和临床实践评分两项知识测评结果显著高于对照组,教学满意度也明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合情境教学不仅能够使学生的护理理论知识和实践经验水平得到提高,也有效提高教学满意度,提高学生学习主动性,在实际教学中应予以大力推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with situational teaching in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching. Methods A total of 160 students of obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching in 2014 were selected. A-class students were taken as observation group. PBL combined with situational teaching method and B-class students were used as control group. The results of knowledge assessment of two groups were compared by routine teaching method And teaching satisfaction. Results After the two groups of students under different teaching methods, the two groups of knowledge assessment scores and clinical practice scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the teaching satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with situational teaching can not only improve students ’theoretical knowledge of nursing and practical experience, but also effectively improve teaching satisfaction and students’ learning initiative, which should be vigorously promoted in practical teaching.
