外周血淋巴细胞染色体分析是低剂量照射的一种敏感、可靠的放射生物效应指标。作者实验使用染色体畸变分析的方法研究6MeV中子束照射,其射野内及周围的剂量分布情况,同时还做了剂量-效应关系和深度-剂量分布的研究。6MeV中子束由氘-镀回旋加速器产生,用放射性钴源发出的γ射线比较标定快中子剂量-效应关系。测量照射剂量的物理方法是使用组织等效物包绕的电离室。实验结果见到,通过水下模型检查受照细胞的染色体畸变情况得出的不同深度中子射资剂量和通过物理
Chromosomal analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes is a sensitive and reliable indicator of radiobiological effects at low doses. The authors used chromosomal aberration analysis method to study the dose distribution of 6MeV neutron beam irradiation in and around the field, as well as dose-effect relationship and depth-dose distribution. The 6MeV neutron beam was generated by a helium-plated cyclotron, and the fast neutron dose-effect relationship was calibrated using a gamma ray emitted from a radioactive cobalt source. The physical method for measuring the radiation dose is to use an ionization chamber surrounded by tissue equivalents. The experimental results show that different depth neutron injection doses and physics through the underwater model examination of the chromosomal aberrations of the irradiated cells
