Aselin Debison（艾丝琳·黛碧森，1990— ）来自加拿大布里顿岬岛，是个自幼喜爱唱歌的淳朴女孩。在10岁那年，她就被加拿大联邦总理Jean Chretien（吉恩·克雷蒂安）赞誉为下一位“席琳·狄翁”。童星出身的她，从未受过任何专业的音乐训练，也没有过多的“包装”和“粉饰”，却一直备受关注。她从9岁开始登台献唱，至今已发行了4张专辑，每一张都引起很大反响。
Sweet Is the Melody（《甜蜜的旋律》）选自其于2002年发行的同名专辑，当年录制这首歌曲时，Aselin Debison只有12岁，那时的她纯真而甜美，她的歌声就如春天里的一阵清风、山谷里的一泓甘泉，沁人心脾。即便现在听起这首老歌，依然还会为它勾起的青春记忆里那点点萌动的情愫而动容……
