目的:观察中药针剂复方甘草酸胺治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:采用中药针剂复方甘草酸胺治疗儿童过敏性紫癜48例。结果:治疗总有效率95.8%,且无不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸胺治疗过敏性紫癜疗效可靠,且可避免激素的不良反应。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound injection of glycyrrhizin on allergic purpura. Methods: 48 cases of Henoch - Schonlein purpura were treated with Chinese medicine injection glycyrrhizin. Results: The total effective rate of 95.8%, and no adverse reactions. Conclusion: The compound glycyrrhizin can treat allergic purpura with reliable curative effect and can avoid adverse effects of hormones.
