本文采用催化极谱法。在P~H9.0高氯酸氨性溶液—0.2M磺基水杨酸—1.5×10~(-2)M硫酸联胺—1.7×10~(-3)M丁二肟—0.54M氢氧化铵及1000ml体积中含10mgFe~(3+)ml~(-1)铁标准液5.0ml体系中测定尿中痕量镍,峰电位为-1.03伏左右(VS.S.C.E),测定下限为0.005μgml~(-1)镍、波高与浓度在0.005~1.0μgml~(-1)镍呈良好线性关系。标准精密度为1.69~3.18%,样品精密度为12.2%,准确度(回收率)为92~105.6%。测定尿中痕量镍结果满意,操作简便,便于普及和推广应用。
In this paper, catalytic polarography. In P ~ H9.0 Ammonium perchlorate solution -0.2M Sulfosalicylic acid - 1.5 × 10 -2 M Hydrazine sulfate - 1.7 × 10 -3 M Butyldioxime -0.54M Hydrogen Ammonium nitrate and trace amounts of nickel in urine were determined in a 5.0 ml volume containing 10 mg Fe ~ (3+) ml ~ (-1) iron standard solution in a volume of 1000 ml with a peak potential of -1.03 V (VS.SCE) and a lower limit of detection of 0.005 There was a good linear relationship between the wave height and the concentration of nickel in the range of 0.005-1.0 μg ml -1. The standard precision was 1.69 ~ 3.18%, the sample precision was 12.2%, and the accuracy (recovery) was 92 ~ 105.6%. Determination of trace nickel in urine results satisfactory, easy to operate, easy to popularize and promote the application.
