潼湖轮和南湖轮是我市与香港旅客往返的主要交通工具之一,乘搭这两轮的外宾、港澳台胞为数不少。做好客轮上的食品卫生监督检验,对防止传染病的发生和传播,维护我国的声誉均有重要的意义。为贯彻《国境卫生检疫法》及其实施细则,保障国内外旅客的身体健康,去年我们对客轮上的糕点以及生产单位——大华餐室的糕点进行了抽样检查,结果报告如下:
Tong Lake and South Lake round is our city and Hong Kong passengers from one of the main means of transport, take these two rounds of foreign guests, a large number of Hong Kong and Maucao. The supervision and inspection of food hygiene on passenger ships is of great significance in preventing the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases and safeguarding the reputation of our country. In order to carry out the “Frontier Health and Quarantine Law” and its implementing rules to protect the health of both domestic and foreign travelers, last year we conducted a sample inspection of pastries on the passenger ferry and the cakes of Dahua Restaurant in the production unit.
