本文对锻轧机辊环的化学成份进行了科学设计,对辊环的离心铸造工艺、软化退火工艺、淬火工艺和回火工艺进行了深入研究。结果表明,新研制的辊环硬度高、耐磨性好,使用安全、可靠,其使用寿命已达到进口辊环的水平,该类辊环还有望在高速线材轧机的预精轧段推广使用。
In this paper, the chemical composition of the roll ring of a forging mill has been scientifically designed, and the centrifugal casting process, the softening annealing process, the quenching process and the tempering process of the roll ring have been studied in depth. The results show that the newly developed roller ring has high hardness, good wear resistance, safe and reliable use, and its service life has reached the level of imported roller rings. Such roller rings are also expected to be widely used in the pre-finishing section of high-speed wire rod mills.
