本文对我厂60岁以上职工及家属451人体检所录心电图进行分析,健康人较各类疾病组心率均低,随年龄的增长心率有所增加,在慢阻肺患者尤为明显,心电图异常检出率为55.54％,男>女(P<0.01),其中以低电压、左室肥厚或/和劳损、ST—T改变、电轴左偏、肺型P波等多见。但在慢阻肺及心血管疾病患者之间,各具不同特点。对上述各节及P波异常的三项指标略加讨论,并认为后者应列入老年人心电图改变的特点范围。
