目的建立广藿香药材中含叶量的近红外定量分析模型,快速测定粉末药材或以粉末入药的广藿香制剂中的含叶量。方法扫描并用TQ软件预处理广藿香近红外光谱图,选择建模波段,结合偏最小二乘法建立近红外定量分析模型。结果建立的近红外校正模型,其内部交叉验证相关系数达到0.996 47,校正均方差为1.45,预测均方差为1.78,内部交叉验证均方差为3.258 05。结论广藿香含叶量近红外定量模型稳定、精确,可以用来预测未知样品的含叶量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative analysis model of near infrared in leaves of Pogostemon officinalis L., which can quickly determine the leaf content of Pogostemon in powder medicine or powder. Methods TQ software was used to preprocess Patchouli near infrared spectroscopy, select the modeled band, combined with partial least square method to establish a quantitative model of near infrared spectroscopy. The results of the NIR calibration model showed that the correlation coefficient of internal cross validation was 0.996 47, the mean square error of calibration was 1.45, the mean square error of prediction was 1.78 and the mean square error of internal cross validation was 3.258 05. Conclusions Quantitative model of patchouli with leaf near-infrared is stable and accurate, which can be used to predict the leaf content of unknown samples.
