目的 分析将舒适护理应用在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者急诊护理中的效果.方法 在2019.3-2020.4期间急诊护理中选出76例AECOPD患者,将其平均分为对照组与观察组.其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,然后对比各种护理模式取得的效果.结果 观察组护理满意度、并发症发生率等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急诊护理中对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者实施舒适护理效果显著,值得应用.
