为了方便、高效地对5自由度4SPS+SPR和3自由度2UPU+SPR并联机床法向加工任意3D自由曲面进行仿真分析,利用SolidW orks软件对两种并联机床三维实体建模,通过CAD变量几何法,首先建立4SPS+SPR和2UPU+SPR并联机构的模拟机构,其次在模拟并联机构动平台上构造任意3D自由曲面和刀具加工轨迹的引导平面,然后保持刀具与自由曲面垂直,便得到两种并联机床的模拟机构,最后给定加工路径,与并联机构合成,各驱动杆长和动平台的位姿便能自动求解和动态显示。结果表明:CAD变量几何法不仅简单直观,而且省去了大量的编程计算。
In order to conveniently and efficiently simulate any 3D freeform surface of 5 DOF 4SPS + SPR and 3 DOF 2UPU + SPR parallel machine tool, three kinds of 3D solid bodies of parallel machine tools are modeled by SolidWakes software, Method, the simulation mechanism of 4SPS + SPR and 2UPU + SPR parallel mechanism is established first, then the guide plane of any 3D freeform surface and tool path is constructed on the parallel platform of simulation parallel mechanism, and then the tool is kept perpendicular to the free-form surface, Parallel machine simulation mechanism, the last given path, combined with the parallel mechanism, the length of each drive rod and moving platform pose will be able to automatically solve and dynamic display. The results show that the CAD variable geometry method is not only simple and intuitive, but also eliminates a lot of programming calculations.
