从毛茛科植物北乌头(Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb)的块根中提得总生物碱,含量0.9%,包括乌头碱在内共含4种生物碱。用北乌头总生物碱和E.Merck厂出品的乌头碱作实验,对动物心脏以心电图变化为指标,它们在小剂量情况下出现以下几项相同的药理作用:在家兔实验里1.增强肾上腺素的作用。2.对抗氯化钙引起的T波倒置。3.对抗垂体后叶制剂引起的初期ST段上升和继之发生的ST段下降。在豚鼠有增强毒毛旋花子甙G对心肌的毒性作用。对实验结果进行了初步讨论。
The total alkaloids were obtained from the roots of the Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb in the Ranunculaceae family. The content of alkaloids was 0.9%, including aconitine, which contained four alkaloids. The total alkaloids of Aconitum carmichaelii and Aconitine produced by the E.Merck plant were used for experiments. The electrocardiogram of the animals’ hearts was used as an index. They showed the following similar pharmacological effects at low doses: Increase the role of adrenaline. 2. Against T-wave inversion caused by calcium chloride. 3. Resistance to initial ST segment elevation and subsequent ST segment decline caused by the posterior pituitary preparation. In guinea pigs, there is a toxic effect of the toxicloside G on myocardium. The preliminary results of the experiment were discussed.
