介绍了航空发动机控制系统半物理仿真平台中压力模拟系统的设计。系统采用电液伺服元件作为驱动装置、TMS320F2808芯片以及可变增益的PID控制算法进行数据处理。其响应快速、稳定,能根据给定指令模拟出压力信号的变化,可以代替电路仿真信号给发动机控制系统以真实的压力传感器信号激励,在航空发动机控制系统尤其是压比控制的研究中将产生效益。
The design of pressure simulation system in semi-physical simulation platform of aeroengine control system is introduced. The system uses electro-hydraulic servo components as driving device, TMS320F2808 chip and variable gain PID control algorithm for data processing. Its response is fast and stable. It can simulate the change of pressure signal according to a given command. It can replace the circuit simulation signal to the engine control system to stimulate the real pressure sensor signal. In the research of aeroengine control system, especially the pressure ratio control, benefit.
