从水稻(Oryza sativa L.)半矮秆品种蜀恢162中发现一份小粒矮秆突变体“162d”。对162d与4个半矮秆品种杂交F_1和F_2代的遗传分析表明,162d的矮生性由一对隐性基因控制。以Ⅱ-32B/162d F_2代作定位群体,用分子标记将162d突变基因定位于水稻第3染色体短臂,该基因与微卫星标记RM218和RM157之间的遗传距离分别为3.5cM和10.0cM。同时,利用近等基因系分析了该基因的表型效应,结果表明它可使株高降为正常高度的1/4左右,籽粒降为正常大小的1/4左右,并使叶片显著缩短、加宽,结实率显著降低。我们认为162d突变基因是一个新的水稻小粒矮秆基因,暂命名为d162(t)。
A small dwarf mutant “162d” was found from Shuhui 162, a semi-dwarfed cultivar of rice (Oryza sativa L.). Genetic analysis of F_1 and F_2 generations of cross between 162d and 4 semi-dwarf cultivars showed that the dwarfism of 162d was controlled by a pair of recessive genes. Using the sequence of Ⅱ-32B / 162d F 2 as the locus, the 162d mutant gene was located on the short arm of rice chromosome 3 with molecular markers. The genetic distance between the gene and microsatellite markers RM218 and RM157 was 3.5cM and 10.0cM, respectively. At the same time, the phenotypic effect of the gene was analyzed by using near isogenic lines. The results showed that it reduced the plant height to about 1/4 of the normal height, reduced the grain size to about 1/4 of the normal size and significantly shortened the leaves, Widening, seed set significantly reduced. We consider the 162d mutant gene as a new rice dwarf gene, tentatively named d162 (t).
