2014年9月22日至23日,受水利部国科司委托,水规总院在北京主持召开会议,对《治涝标准》(送审稿)进行了审查。会议听取了编制工作汇报,对《治涝标准》(送审稿)逐章逐条进行了审查。会议认为:内容全面,章节结构合理,技术指标合适,条款操作性较强,适应我国当前经济社会发展要求,符合水利行业治涝标准确定的实际与需求,基本同意编制组提交的《治涝标准》(送审稿)。
From September 22 to September 23, 2014, commissioned by the National Science Division of the Ministry of Water Resources, Shuishuaixingyuan hosted a meeting in Beijing to review the “Flood Control Standards” (draft for review). The meeting listened to the preparation work report and reviewed the “flood control standards” (draft for reviewing) chapter by section. The meeting held that: the contents are comprehensive, the sections are structured reasonably, the technical indexes are suitable, the articles are easy to operate and meet the current economic and social development requirements of our country, which are in line with the actual and requirements of waterlogging standard determination in water conservancy industry.
