以管割刀片用的Cr12Mo1V1钢为研究对象,分析不同的锻压工艺对其硬度、冲击韧性的影响,并使用OM、XRD、SEM分析不同工艺下的微观组织。研究结果表明:相比于直接空冷淬火,锻后空冷的峰值硬度向右偏移,在1100℃时达到峰值887 HV;随着锻压温度升高,650℃回火冲击韧性呈现下降趋势,马氏体转变量减少,残余奥氏体量增加;锻后空冷碳化物主要为M7C3型。综合分析表明,锻压温度为1100~1160℃时,锻压刀片能够得到较好的组织和性能。
Taking Cr12Mo1V1 steel for cutting blade as the research object, the influence of different forging process on the hardness and impact toughness was analyzed. The microstructure of the steel was analyzed by OM, XRD and SEM. The results show that, compared with the direct air-cooled quenching, the peak hardness of the forged air-cooled peak deviates to the right and reaches the peak value of 887 HV at 1100 ℃. With the increase of the forging temperature, the impact toughness at 650 ℃ decreases. The amount of body transformation decreases, and the amount of retained austenite increases. Forged air cooling carbides are mainly M7C3 type. Comprehensive analysis shows that forging temperature of 1100 ~ 1160 ℃, forging blade can get better organization and performance.
