管理心理学认为,人的一切行为都是因受激励而产生的,但要使人的行为符合集体和社会的利益,还需要加以必要的控制。可见激励和控制是管理工作的重要职能,也是调动教师积极性的重要手段。激励是指管理工作中利用客观因素,激发人的内部需要,从而使其产生心理推动力。心理推动有正面推动和反面推动。正面推动也可称为正面激励,通常使用竞赛、评比、表扬、奖励等手段。
