建立大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌癌前病变的动物模型,了解该癌前病变及Kras 基因突变的情况 雄性Wistar 大鼠单次腹腔注射重氮乙酰丝氨酸30mg/Kg 体重,4 个月后常规取胰腺组织行光镜和电镜检查,并应用PCRSSCP法检测Kras 基因突变情况 大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌癌前病变发生率100% ,Kras 基因突变率42-1 % 。重氮乙酰丝氨酸可成功诱导大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌癌前病变,Kras 基因突变在此过程中属早期事件。
An animal model of precancerous lesions of rat pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma was established to understand the precancerous lesions and K ras mutations Male Wistar rats were given a single intraperitoneal injection of diazoacetylserine 30 mg/Kg body weight, 4 months later. The pancreatic tissue was examined by light microscopy and electron microscopy. The incidence of precancerous lesions of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma in rats with Kras mutation was detected by PCRSSCP. The mutation rate of Kras gene was 42–1%. Diazoacetylserine can successfully induce precancerous lesions of pancreatic acinar cells in rats. K-ras mutations are early events in this process.
