目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定万古霉素血清及腹透液药浓方法。方法:样品经蛋白沉淀后直接上C_(18)柱分析,流动相为0.03mol/L醋酸铵:甲醇梯度洗脱,220nm波长紫外检测。结果:血清及腹透液线性范围分别为2.5~60μg/ml和2.5~40μg/ml。平均回收率分别为100.48%和98.93%,RSD分别为6.02%和2.30%。结论:本法具有简单、快速、准确的优点,可用于临床常规药浓监测。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of vancomycin serum and peritoneal dialysis by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The sample was directly precipitated by C_ (18) column. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of 0.03 mol / L ammonium acetate: methanol and detected by UV at 220 nm. Results: The linear range of serum and peritoneal dialysis was 2.5 ~ 60μg / ml and 2.5 ~ 40μg / ml respectively. The average recoveries were 100.48% and 98.93%, respectively, with RSDs of 6.02% and 2.30%, respectively. Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used in clinical routine drug concentration monitoring.
