围护结构热工性能的改善对降低建筑能耗有显著的作用。运用PKPM软件对河南省某居住建筑进行能耗模拟,通过建筑优化前后的能耗对比,分析了围护结构不同部位对建筑热工性能的影响程度,运用围护结构节能措施后,节能率达到69.6%。根据净现值、动态投资回收期、内部收益率等指标的分析,评价了围护结构节能技术的可行性和经济效益,并采用敏感性分析方法评价了围护结构不同部位节能投资变化对动态投资回收期及内部收益率的影响以及方案抗风险性能。
The improvement of the thermal performance of the envelope has a significant effect on reducing building energy consumption. Using PKPM software to simulate the energy consumption of a residential building in Henan Province. By comparing the energy consumption before and after the building optimization, the influence of different parts of the building envelope on the thermal performance of the building was analyzed. After the energy-saving measures of the building envelope were used, the energy- 69.6%. Based on the analysis of such indicators as net present value, dynamic payback period and internal rate of return, the feasibility and economic benefits of energy-saving technologies for enclosing structures are evaluated. Sensitivity analysis method is also used to evaluate the dynamic change of energy-saving investment in different parts of enclosing structures. The impact of investment recovery period and internal rate of return, and the anti-risk performance of the program.
