数学在实践中具有广泛的应用性,小学数学的教学内容很多是以工农业生产和日常生活中的实例为素材的.实际教学中,教师应结合数学的这一特点,让学生体会数学在生产和生活中的实用性,增强学生对学习数学的实际意义的理解,使学生认识到数学是进一步学习现代科学技术的基础和今后参加祖国四化建设所必不可少的工具.
