大型钢结构工件探伤发现焊缝或母材中存在线性缺陷,尤其是在承载或转动部件中发现类似的缺陷一定要进行返修,作为水轮发电机转动部件,线性裂纹的存在会为今后机组的运行带来很大的安全隐患,必须彻底清除。避免今后使用过程中出现事故。我厂制造的大型水轮发电机转子支架焊后无损探伤检查因钢板供货质量原因,在局部焊缝区及相邻母材150mm范围内发现断续且分层的线性缺陷。因此针对这种缺陷制定了补焊返修工艺方案。
