本研究应用黄曲霉素B1(AFB1)诱发Wistar大鼠肝癌前病变的短期动物模型,以定量γ-谷氨酸转肽酶(γ-hT)阳性灶为指标,观察了天然有机硒化合物──晒力口服液对AFB1诱癌作用的影响。在两硒预防组中,以硒力6PPm浓度的饮用水自由饮用,分别投药于诱癌之始动阶段及试验全程,作用时间各为4周及8周。结果表明:硒力口服液能明显抑制AFB1诱发的γ-hT变异肝细胞灶和结节数(P<0.001),且以AFB1即全程给药效果优于仅对诱癌始动阶段的阻断,其抑癌效应与投药时间成正比。
In this study, a short-term animal model of precancerous lesions of Wistar rats induced by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) was used to determine the amount of gamma-glutamate transpeptidase (γ-hT)-positive foci as indicators, and natural organic selenium compounds were observed- Effect of Sun Li Oral Liquid on the Apoptosis of AFB1. In the two selenium prevention groups, potable water with a selenium concentration of 6 ppm was freely consumed, and they were administered to the start-up stage and the whole course of cancer induction. The action time was 4 weeks and 8 weeks, respectively. The results showed that: selenium oral liquid can significantly inhibit the AFB1-induced h-hT mutation in hepatic foci and nodule counts (P < 0.001), and the effect of AFB1 over the whole route is better than only the initiation phase of cancer induction. Blocking, its tumor suppressor effect is proportional to the time of administration.
