个案急呈:程某是一家房地产开发公司的员工。2008年,他与公司签订了五年的劳动合同,岗位是保洁员。2010年1月12日,因违反劳动纪律,程某被用人单位解除劳动合同。在办理解除劳动合同手续时,程某提出,公司扣发完住房公积金之后的工资,低于当地政府规定的最低工资标准,要求补发。公司不同意,双方为此发生争议。
Case in an instant: Cheng is a real estate development company employees. In 2008, he signed a five-year labor contract with the company for a job as a cleaner. January 12, 2010, due to breach of labor discipline, Cheng was the employer to terminate the labor contract. In handling the termination of the labor contract procedures, Cheng suggested that the company after deducting the payment of housing provident fund wages below the minimum wage set by the local government requirements for replacement. The company does not agree, both parties dispute.
