44例ALL骨髓标本及10例CLL血液标本的细胞表面标记分型的结果显示:T-ALL 9例中,早期胸腺细胞型2例,均表现ER~-、T101~+,其中一例还显示T4~+、J5~+;共同胸腺细胞型6例,全部表现ER~+、T101~+、T4~+、T8~+;成熟胸腺细胞型1例,表现ER~+、T101~+、T8~+.非T-ALL35例,未发现B祖细胞型,前B1型(Ia~+、B4~+)2例,前B2型(Ia~+、B4~+、J5~+)12例,前B3型(Ia~+,B4~+,J5~+,B1~+)14例;另外6例未作B1检查,不能确定为前B2或前B3型;前B4型(Ia~+、B4~+、Cu~+)1例;未发现smIg~+的B细胞型.10例CLL均为B细胞型,表达T101~+、T4~-/T8~-、Ia~+、B4~+、J5~(+/-)、B2~(+/-)、B1~+、smIg~+,其中7例为κ型、2例λ型,1例未检.

All 10 cases of CLL were B cell type and expressed TlOl +, T4 ~ - / T8 ~ -, Ia ~ +, B4 ~ +, J5 ~ (+/-), B2 ~ (+/-), B1 ~ +, smIg ~ +, of which 7 were κ, 2 λ, and 1 undetected.
