本文采用美国LI—COR公司生产的LI—6200便携式光合作用分析系统,配合通风干湿球温湿度计,照度计等气象仪器,测定和研究了王朗缺苞箭竹叶片内细胞CO_2浓度、气孔传导、气孔阻力、光合作用率的日变化节律及其与环境因子的相互关系,筛选出了影响光合特性日变化的主要因子,建立经验公式,为合理采取人工措施改善光合性能,提高箭竹光合作用率提供依据。文中还系统地研究了叶肉CO_2浓度、气孔传导、气孔阻力以及环境因素对光合作用率的综合影响,以评价缺苞箭竹的光合作用。
In this paper, the LI-6200 portable photosynthesis system produced by LI-COR company was used in this paper. With the meteorological instruments such as ventilation dry-wet bulb temperature and hygrometer, illumination meter, the CO 2 concentration, stomatal conductance, Stomatal resistance and photosynthesis rate and its relationship with environmental factors, the main factors affecting the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics were screened out, and the empirical formula was established to provide the reasonable measures to improve photosynthetic performance and enhance photosynthetic rate in accordance with. The paper also systematically studied the CO 2 concentration in mesophyll, stomatal conductance, stomatal resistance and environmental factors on the photosynthesis rate of comprehensive effects to evaluate the photosynthesis of Fargesia denudata.
