近几年来,教学改革在全国已经取得了很大的成绩,但就广大农村而言,课堂教学效率仍然比较低下,大多数教师,其中包括不少的青年教师,教的还是传统课,采用一讲到底、满堂灌的方式,不仅教学质量差,而且学生负担也重。这种状况与普及九年制义务教育很不相适应,与九十年代的学生愿望也存在强烈的反差 造成这种状况的原因颇多,教学观念陈旧就是其中一个重要的因素。青年教师最具活力、最少保守,应该努力做转变教学观念的带头人,确立五个方面的新观念。
In recent years, teaching reform has achieved great results in the country. However, in terms of rural areas, the efficiency of classroom teaching is still relatively low. Most teachers, including many young teachers, teach traditional courses. In the end, the way to fill the classroom is not only the poor quality of the teaching, but also the heavy burden on the students. This situation is incompatible with popularizing nine-year compulsory education. There is also a strong contrast with the student aspirations of the 1990s. This situation is caused by many reasons. An outdated teaching concept is one of the most important factors. The young teachers are the most dynamic and the least conservative. They should strive to change their teaching concepts and establish new ideas in five areas.
