兰州军区总医院党委在学习邓小平理论中,根据医院实际,多方结合,力求实效,较好地解决了理论学习落实难的问题,形成了具有本院特色的理论学习路子和方法。一、在时间利用上,坚持化零为整和化整为零相结合,充分提高时间的利用率兰州军区总医院医疗任务十分繁忙。党委成员除日常工作外,大部分还要随时参加一些学术交流和危重病人的抢救工作,给集中进行理论学习带来一定的难度。对此,院党委采取见缝插针,时儿化零为整,时儿化整为零的方法,使理论学习在有限的时间得到较好落实。他们通常是在党委成员都在位,且工作较闲时,相对集中几天,进行强化学习和教育,把学习进度尽量往前赶;在党委成员在位率不高、且工作繁忙的情况下,便采取分散学习的方法,即自学或分组学习的方法。比如,在今年创“百佳”活动较忙的时期,他们采取分散自学的方法,让大家带着任务学;创“百佳”活动基本告一段落时,他们抓住人员在位齐,工作稍闲的大好时机,集中两周时间,把以前耽误课程补了回来。通过这种方法,提高了时间利用率,做到了学习工作两不误。
