:SIPI1482 - NS- 4是柔红霉素产生菌天蓝淡红链霉菌 SIPI1482经紫外诱变获得的阻断突变株 ,没有合成柔红霉素的能力。但在 GM培养基中添加 2 % Na Cl后 ,该突变株的菌体生长量虽有所减少 ,却能恢复合成柔红霉素2 2 %~ 2 4% (以亲株为对照 )。研究还发现使突变株恢复合成柔红霉素起主要作用的是 Na+ ,而非高渗透压、Cl- 或整个 Na Cl分子
: SIPI1482 - NS-4 is a mutagenized mutant of daunorubicin-producing bacterium Streptomyces lividans SIPI1482 by UV mutagenesis without the ability to synthesise daunorubicin. However, when 2% NaCl was added to GM medium, the amount of cell growth of the mutants could be reduced to 22% ~ 24% of the synthetic daunorubicin (using the parent strain as a control). The study also found that the main role of the mutant strains to restore daunorubicin synthesis is Na +, rather than high osmotic pressure, Cl- or the entire NaCl molecule
