1983年～1990年在我院内科住院的急性粟粒型肺结核450例中,并发结核性脑膜炎(以下简称结脑)者247例占55.1％。1 临床资料1.1 性别与年龄:男性75例占30.8％,女性182例占73.7％,男女之比1:2.43。年龄在8～72岁之间,10～30岁者155例占63.6％。1.2职业:农民188例占76.2％,工人11例占4.4％,学生42例占17.0％,干部6例占2.4％。1.3 发病诱因:有明显发病诱因者100例占40.4％;其中妊娠14例占5.7％,流产7例
Among 450 cases of acute miliary tuberculosis hospitalized in our hospital from 1983 to 1990, 247 cases (55.1%) were complicated by tuberculous meningitis (hereinafter referred to as tuberculous meningitis). 1 Clinical data 1.1 Sex and age: 75.8% of men accounted for 30.8%, 182 women accounted for 73.7%, male to female ratio of 1: 2.43. The age of 8 to 72 years old, 10 to 30 years of age, 155 cases accounted for 63.6%. 1.2 Occupation: 188 cases accounted for 76.2% of farmers, workers in 11 cases accounted for 4.4%, 42 cases of students accounted for 17.0%, 6 cases of cadres accounted for 2.4%. 1.3 Incidence of Incentives: There are 100 cases of obvious causes of 40.1% of cases; of which 14 cases of pregnancy accounted for 5.7%, 7 cases of abortion
