结合重庆轨道交通环线凤鸣山站-上桥站区间TBM施工隧道工程,采用现场监测与ANSYS有限元数值模拟的计算方法,针对后行隧道施工对先行隧道的受力及其变形的影响进行分析。研究表明,在双线平行隧道施工时,后行隧道施工会对先行隧道造成挤压的作用,导致隧道管片横向变形减小,环向内力改变;并且通过改变双线平行隧道的间距,认为在砂岩(4级围岩)情况下,隧道净间距超过6.6m(1D)时,施工相互影响较弱,可以不进行加固。
Combined with the on-site monitoring and ANSYS numerical simulation method for the TBM tunnel construction in the interval from Fengming Station to Shangqiao Station of Chongqing Rail Transit Link, the influence of the tunneling on the stress and deformation of the preceding tunnel was analyzed . The research shows that in the construction of double parallel tunnels, the construction of the backward tunnel will cause the extrusion of the preceding tunnel, resulting in the decrease of transverse deformation of the tunnel segments and the change of the internal force in the circumferential direction. By changing the spacing of parallel tunnels, In the case of sandstone (Grade 4 surrounding rock), the net mutual spacing of the tunnels exceeds 6.6m (1D), the construction interaction is weak and no reinforcement is possible.
