随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对铁路建设提出新的要求。为了对铁路工程的施工成本进行控制,我们必须在施工前对即将要进行施工的铁路的成本造价进行预算和管理。只有通过这样,铁路施工才能顺利进行,施工的进度也得到了保障。本文首先介绍了铁路工程的概况及造价控制管理的意义,然后阐述了铁路施工阶段造价存在的问题,最后提出铁路工程施工阶段的造价控制与管理。
With the rapid economic development in our country, people have put forward new requirements for railway construction. In order to control the construction cost of the railway project, we must budget and manage the cost of the railway to be constructed ahead of construction. Only by doing so can railway construction work smoothly and the progress of construction can be guaranteed. This paper firstly introduces the general situation of railway engineering and the meaning of cost control and management, then elaborates the existing problems in the construction cost of railway construction, and finally puts forward the control and management of the construction cost in the railway construction stage.
