《浙江日报》历史上规模最大的一次增版活动——百版“世纪特刊”于2001年元旦出版。这天《浙江日报》共出120个版(含20个当日正常新闻版),在全国省报中尚不多见。这次活动集中检阅了浙江日报报业集团的总体实力,为集团新世纪事业的发展确立了新的起点。 一、创意:策划与操作 此次策划活动的创意分三个层次体现。首先,由策划小组制定总体策划方案,经党委批准后,以“百”为主线将百年百版组装起来,设置九个“百”字头版块。其次,由各版块主持人确定各版面分主持人,按照总体方案进一步细化策划方案和操作规范。再次,由各版面主持人提出每个版的组版思路、主题和主要文章。这三个层面及时沟通,反复协调,既保证了总体风格一致,又展现了各版块的特色。
