制造弹簧夹子的常规工艺是多道工序弯曲成。制造图1所示的内何弯曲成形工件的常规工艺是设计和制造三副模具来完成该工件的弯曲成形。见图2、3、4所示。为了提高工效,确保产品质量,现设计和制造一副多工序弯曲成形模,一次行程完成三工步的工序。见图5、6、7所示。其工作原理是当凹模(13)下降时与凸模(10)将工件进行一次弯曲。凹模(13)继续下降将带动凸模(10)同时下降,活动凸模(6)进入凹模13内框弯曲模内,将工件进行二次弯曲。凹模(13)再继续下降时、工件与成形凹模(17)接触,即对工件进行三次弯曲。一次弯曲凸模(10)是靠气垫力的作用,二次弯曲活动凸模(6)靠橡皮(1)的作用。
The conventional process of making a spring clip is to bend it into multiple passes. The conventional process of making a bend-forming workpiece shown in FIG. 1 is to design and manufacture three molds to perform the bend-forming of the workpiece. See Figure 2,3,4. In order to improve work efficiency, ensure product quality, design and manufacture of a multi-process bending mold, a trip to complete the three-step process. See Figure 5,6,7. The working principle is that when the die (13) descends, the punch (10) bends the workpiece once. Continued decline of the die (13) will drive the punch (10) to descend at the same time, and the movable punch (6) enters the bending mold of the inner frame of the die (13) to perform secondary bending of the workpiece. When the die (13) continues to descend, the workpiece is brought into contact with the forming die (17), that is, the workpiece is bent three times. A bending punch (10) is by the force of air cushion, the second bending of the movable punch (6) by rubber (1) role.
