根据铁道部科学研究院机辆所与上海铁路局签定的“ND_2 型内燃机车技术改造协议书”,自1985年9月开始,铁道部科学研究院机辆所对 ND_2 机车进行了综合技术改造,分别对机车的冷却系统、柴油机、增压器的有关零部件进行了设计、研制和试验,并对牵引电动机进行了温升及加深磁场削弱试验。本文仅简要介绍 ND_2 机车的12LDA28型柴油机的技术改造问题。一、技术改造的目的截止1986年12月31日止,我国共进口了 ND_2 型内燃机车265台(其中包括调车机车4台),这些机车目前在上海铁路局的上海、杭州、向塘机务段和广州铁路局的长沙、广州担负大量的运输任务。对 ND_2 型内燃机车进行技术改造的目的就是为了使其能够满足旅客列车
